Creating an account is easy! Just visit our website or download the app, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, add some photos, and fill out your profile. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

In each duel, you see two profiles side by side. You compare them and tap on the person you prefer. If they also choose you in their duels, it's a match! You can also skip both profiles if neither interests you.

Traditional swiping often becomes mindless — people swipe right on everyone without really looking. Duels force you to make a real choice between two people, leading to more thoughtful decisions and better quality matches.

Free users get a generous number of daily duels. Premium subscribers get unlimited duels, so they can explore as many potential matches as they want.

If neither person in a duel interests you, you can tap the X button to skip both. They'll be removed from your queue and you'll see two new profiles. This counts as one duel choice.

When you choose someone in a duel and they also choose you in one of their duels, you're matched! You'll both be notified and can start chatting immediately.

Premium subscribers can see everyone who has chosen them in duels. Free users will know they have admirers but won't see who they are until they match.

To unmatch, go to your chat with that person, tap the menu icon (three dots), and select "Unmatch." This will remove the match and delete your conversation. They won't be notified.

Premium includes unlimited daily duels, the ability to see who liked you, undo your last choice, priority placement in others' duels, incognito browsing, advanced filters, and more.

Premium pricing varies by subscription length and region. Longer subscriptions offer better value. All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Check the Premium page in the mobile app to see current pricing in your local currency.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel your subscription, go to your Apple App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play Store account settings (Android). Cancellation must be done through Apple or Google, at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

To report a user, tap the menu icon on their profile or in your chat, then select "Report." Choose the reason and add any details. Our safety team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Tap the menu icon on their profile and select "Block." Blocked users can't see your profile, contact you, or appear in your duels. You can unblock them later from Settings if you change your mind.

Yes, we take security seriously. We use encryption, secure servers, and follow industry best practices to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Go to your profile by tapping the person icon, then tap "Edit Profile." From there you can update your photos, bio, and other information.

We're sad to see you go! To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data, matches, and messages.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
